NOTORIOUS EXTORTIONISTS GANG TARGET RENOWNED CITIZENS
Nagpur:31,August: This is a baseless case being raised in media by people who have been arrested for blackmail case. Since this matter is being investigated by Police, we can only state that a FIR under Sections 386 and 34 of IPC has been filed in Bajaj Nagar police by Shri. Panju Totwani against a set of blackmailers on 2.5.2020 for an attempt of blackmail threatening us with a rape case in Pune filed few months back by one notorious blackmailer who calls himself a Human right activist with 14 cases against him in Akola. The blackmailer’s have been picked up by Nagpur Police and further investigations across Maharashtra are on to pinpoint the real racketeers who may have colluded with masterminds who were jealous of the success of ENT National Conference organised by team led by us.
We were innocent and we dared to proceed with counter case only to help all those who may have been looted by these racketeers and stand against such criminal elements to save innocent people who may have been targeted by these people. The mastermind who calls himself a human right activist has 14-15 criminal cases filed against him and was in news last year for having duped an Andheri widow acting as a Buddhist preacher. The case is still on and both cases are in final stages.Pune Police has already filed B summary report to Court wherein it is noted that allegations are false and made with malicious designs. All recordings and evidences are with police authorities.
The witnesses and evidences of extortion against the so called human right activist and his accomplice female are very strong and they had been arrested and jailed. On bail they are trying their best to defame and embarass to hurt our prestige so that we are forced to compromise with them to withdraw the case against them.We do believe that media brethren will see through this game being played by a criminal mind and check the facts with Investigating Officers of Vimantal Police Station- Pune and Bajaj Nagar police station- Nagpur before publishing any allegations made by the extortionist and his accomplice female who have a network of associates to help them in this blackmail business . We have already dared and submitted complaints to Home Minister and all police authorities who have complimented us for uncovering the face of this gang of extortionists and blackmailers.
Truth will prevail and justice will be delivered . Just wait for final judicial outcome and many faces will be uncovered in days to come. The matter being subjudiced, we should not be targeted with media trial and defamed in such manner to have dared to uncover faces of notorious gang of extortionists who blackmail reputed people in this manner. Recently due to their sustained threats received, Bajaj Nagar police has also filed for their bail rejection.
Pune Police instead of filing A final summary as usually done for false cases have filed B final summary wherein malicious designs have been proved and if Honble court endorses the same, the lady complainant becomes accused. Hence these pressure tactics are being applied on us. The blackmailers are trying to pressurise various organisations and media brothers to highlight an absolute false concocted story like incident happened in Feb. We request all media brethren to see through these allegations and bear till judicial outcome as such media trial only forces people to compromise. Any newspaper who wishes to publish the same; atleast should hear our side of story also.
